Food Exhibition | Yangling Mushroom Fragrance Spreads Overseas; Smart Agriculture Builds a Golden Bridge to the World

2025.04.09

In the vibrant month of March, inside the intelligent cultivation workshop of Yangling Zhijun Fungi Industry, rows of precision sensors monitor the growth data of mushrooms in real time. Shen Daoyin, the founder of the company, is guiding his French partners via video link to adjust the cultivation parameters for truffles. "These Eastern 'black diamonds' are in high demand in the European market, with prices exceeding 1,000 RMB per kilogram," he said proudly.

This high-tech enterprise, which has been rooted in the agricultural science city for over a decade, is leveraging its self-developed "Smart Mushroom Cloud Warehouse" system to promote the innovative achievements of modern Chinese agriculture globally. The system uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology to precisely control the environment, allowing farmers to manage the entire growth cycle through their smartphones. Currently, agricultural companies in New Zealand have extended an olive branch to Zhijun Fungi Industry, planning to introduce this intelligent cultivation solution.

Technology Empowerment Breaks Industry Bottlenecks

In Yanchuan County, Yan'an, the "transformation of waste" from apple tree branches is truly remarkable. Zhijun Fungi Industry's innovative recycling technology converts these agricultural waste materials into high-quality substrate for mushroom cultivation, helping the local area develop a mushroom industry with an annual output value of over 100 million yuan. The company has also established a service model of "expert on-site + remote guidance," providing technical support for 100,000 acres of forest-based economy in places like Yunnan. The Food Exhibition will offer more information about import and export.

Policy Support Smooths the Path to International Markets

The Yangling Demonstration Zone has taken multiple measures to promote agricultural internationalization:

1. Established a "whitelist" system for export enterprises, reducing approval time limits by 70%.

2. Set up a 20 million yuan special fund to support enterprises in obtaining international certifications.

3. Formed an overseas marketing service center, which has facilitated procurement intentions from 12 countries.

Currently, the five major agricultural industry clusters in the demonstration zone have an annual output value exceeding 15 billion yuan, with the bio-agriculture sector experiencing a growth rate of over 20% for three consecutive years. With the accelerated construction of the Qin Chuang Yuan agricultural sector, the area is becoming an international incubator for agricultural science and technology innovation. The Food Exhibition also promotes the the export of Chinese food.

"We aim not only to bring Chinese mushrooms to the world's dining tables but also to export China's sustainable development solutions," said Shen Daoyin. The company is currently laying out research and development centers in Southeast Asia, and in the future, it will form a global industrial network of "technology export + localized production." A relevant person in charge of the demonstration zone revealed that this year will focus on creating a new highland for agricultural service trade. By empowering through digital technology, more "Yangling Smart Manufacturing" will benefit global agriculture.
