The Chinese ready-to-eat food industry has been growing rapidly in recent years, with sub-sectors such as instant noodles, frozen foods, and pre-prepared meals seeing a continuous expansion in market size. As consumers increasingly pursue health and quality, high-end and healthier products are gradually gaining favor. Meanwhile, the younger generation, who are the main consumers, tend to choose convenient, quick, and diverse-tasting ready-to-eat foods. From a commercial perspective, on the one hand, the popularity of online shopping has provided a new growth point for the industry. On the other hand, with the diversification and personalization of consumer demands, the ready-to-eat food industry has shown great commercial potential and investment value. Companies can seize market opportunities by innovating products, expanding online channels, and enhancing brand influence.

Dry or powdered ready-to-eat foods (such as instant noodles and instant rice) have become the most popular type of ready-to-eat food among Chinese consumers. These foods meet consumers' demands for convenient and delicious meals while adapting to their fast-paced lifestyles. Not only do they come in a wide variety of flavors, but their ease of carrying, convenient storage, and quick cooking also make them the perfect companions for a fast-paced life. In addition, with the increasing diversification and personalization of consumer demands, consumers are paying more attention to health when purchasing ready-to-eat foods. Healthier, more nutritious, and diversified ready-to-eat foods will become the trend for future development. Against this backdrop, the China Food Exhibition serves as an important platform for industry exchange and display, offering ready-to-eat food companies an excellent opportunity to showcase innovative products, expand market channels, and enhance brand visibility.
