China's coffee upstart is pouring millions into overtakingStarbucks

LuckinCoffee, a Chinese coffee chain started last year, has made headlines forsetting an ambitious target of having 4,500 stores by year-end. To put that inperspective, that's more than Starbucks, which has been operating in China for20 years. According to Reinout Schakel, Chief Strategy Officer at LuckinCoffee, "Chinese consumers currently drink just 4 to 5 cups per capita,compared to about 300 cups in countries like Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea,"which leaves room for more than one dominant player in China's java market. Australia, UK ink wine, goods trade deal

Australiaand the UK have agreed to roll over existing trade agreements, pendingparliaments approval before March 29. Under the deal, Australian winemakerswill be able to export products using the same labels, certifications, andmanufacturing processes to both the UK and the EU after Brexit. The deal alsoapplies to Australian certification standards for imports of pharmaceuticals,cars, medical devices, food and agricultural goods.
